Rental fees DO NOT include use of Legion supplies such as disposable plates, glasses & cups, napkins, plastic table coverings, food items, coffee, tea etc. Those are to be supplied by user.

$200 refundable deposit
The refundable deposit must be prepaid at least 1 week prior to event in order to ensure booking. Facilities must be left in a similar condition as found; all cookware and dishes cleaned and put away, counters cleaned, kitchen floor mopped, garbage removed, tea towels left for Legion staff to clean.
Deposits may be used to cover replacement cost of broken dishes, cookware, etc. or for the costs of additional cleaning staff. They will be returned within one week post event if facility is left in like-condition and no facility or equipment damage has occurred.
Users may prearrange for their own selection of table wine but this must be purchased through the Legion and a $3/bottle corkage fee applies (make request under special considerations/requests). All other liquor sales must be handled through the Legion liquor license. NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL CAN BE BROUGHT IN.
Children must vacate the upstairs premises by 8:00 p.m. UNLESS special consideration is obtained at least 1 week prior to event.
There is a private access to the basement facility, avoiding the need to walk through the main floor to access your event. NOTE: Basement access includes stairs, so unfortunately, handicapped access is limited to this portion of the Legion only.
